HELIOS TECHNOLOGIES s.r.o. is a highly experienced and constantly developing company offering high-quality services provided by its experienced team.
We have been operating on the market since 2015 and have many satisfied customers who are happy to return.

Our goal has been and remains to participate in the development and modernization of production technologies.

We have built a team of experienced designers, programmers, assemblers, and production technicians, and our portfolio of Czech and foreign customers has also grown, especially in the automotive industry.

We design and manufacture single-purpose machines and equipment, production lines, robotic workstations, final product testing rooms, conveyor systems, handling equipment, and ultrasonic plastic welding. We can advise you on the implementation of more demanding, complex, and larger orders.

We provide comprehensive services in the field of industrial automation: from technical specifications, through design proposals for our own automation, electrical and software design, production, assembly, and installation of equipment, to commissioning of automation technology at the customer’s site and regular servicing.

We also offer our clients various modifications and upgrades to existing production equipment.

Our facility is located in Liberec, where we have over 1,300 m² of space and a machine park for our production, which has also expanded our production capacity and increased efficiency.

We use control systems from companies such as SIEMENS, FESTO, SICK, etc. on our machines.
However, we are able to equip the machine with any control system according to the customer’s requirements and wishes.
We use three-dimensional CAD studies for our work.
